This privacy policy describes how Shiply (“Shiply”, “us” or “we”) protects your (“you”, “the user”) privacy and your data. Before using any of our Google Actions (“our actions”), please read this policy, as well as the General Privacy Policy by Google LLC (with its affiliates, “Google”) and the Privacy Policy of Google Home.

Regarding Google, “Google Home” means their Google Home Voice Assistant which includes third party services (like our actions) and other related Software.

If you use one of our actions you fully agree to this privacy policy.

General

When you use our actions you have to talk to Google Home. This voice input is sent to Google and us where we use it to understand what our skill should do for you. This is absolutely necessary for our service to give you an appropriate answer.

Data

We never collect or share personal data with our skills.

To improve our services we may analyze automatically how often commands are spoken and other usage analytics. This is done automatically by Google in the Google Developer Portal.

For some of our actions it may be necessary to save data for you in our databases. This data is only connected to your Google Account User ID but never to your name or any other personal information.

Changes

Our action or parts of it may change or be updated at any time. Further, this Privacy Policy might change. Your continued use of our action after changes of the Privacy Policy or the skill itself will be seen as your acceptance of both.
