Our delivery/collection can take up to 14 days!

Our prices are competitively cheaper because they are based on customer flexibility (ie collection/delivery WITHIN 14 days, EXCLUDING weekend and/or bank holidays once an agreement has been made). They are also priced on a ONE man team basis, so there may be occasions where we will require the customers help to load or offload items. If you need a two man team, please let us know in advance of accepting our offer

We normally (will) make all arrangements with the seller(s) to arrange collection times and dates. We offer a three hour time slot for collection and delivery with an hours notice before arrival.

Please be VERY clear with all details that relates to your item(s), such as size, weight, stairs, floors or any sort of restrictions. We DO NOT do dismantling or reassembling so item(s) that needs to be dismantled will need to be done before arrival.

We only offer blankets and straps to secure and protect your item(s) whiles in transit so if your item(s) need to be specially wrapped please let us know.

All items are fully insured whilst in transit so you have nothing to worry about.

We offer storage so asked for details if you need your items stored.

VEHICLES & MOTORCYCLES

We also transport vehicles (4x4, Range Rovers, High Performance Cars, Super Cars, Daily Drivers, Motorcycles, and Light Haulage) all vehicles are transported on our open Brian James tri Axel trailer but if you need your vehicle to be transported in an enclosed trailer we can provide that service also(contact for details). If your vehicle doesn’t start, drive or roll freely please let us know ASAP before accepting offer.

All vehicles are fully insured and proof of insurance can be provided on request.

CARAVANS & TRAILERS/BOAT ON TRAILER

We can tow your caravan/trailer/boat as long as they are road worthy with good tyres, recent serviced, good brakes and damper and working light(can provide a light board if needed) also half payment would be taken up front when collecting a caravan/trailer/boat on a trailer.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY OFFERS, However if you accept our offer without confirming collection and delivery date and time we will booked you in at our earliest convenience, our 14 days delivery timeframe only applies to customer who have contact us before accepting and arrange a delivery date and time.

Once offer is accepted we will contact both parties(collection and delivery) within 24HR to make arrangements as long as all details have been uploaded.

All European collections and deliveries are completed within 30 working days (subject to customs clearance) and we will require 75% of payment up front that is none refundable As the UK is no longer in the EU single market, all customers are required to complete the relevant customs declaration forms before we are able to collect or deliver your item(s). PLEASE NOTE ***if your customs paperwork is incomplete/incorrect, please be advised that this will cause a delay at the border. Should this occur, we will charge an additional fee for every hour we are delayed whilst completing the customs process

Some collection and deliveries may take a little bit longer depending on where you are and the workload that we have in the area.
