I booked with this company on 8/25 to transport my item from CA to FL and after weeks of excuses as to why they hadn't made the pick-up I decided to cancel the order. They were quick to draw up the contract and pocket my $631.25 but after that there was little to no communication. Each time I reached out to them it was one excuse after the other. Not once did they offer a refund since they couldn't seem to get their act together. On 9/15 I requested a refund and cancellation of the contract. I immediately received a response stating that according to the contract T and D Hauling has 30 days to issue a refund. So I waited patiently for 10/15 to roll around and just as expected no refund received yet and it's 10/19. I guess I will have to pursue legal options to get my deposit back.
