s his phone was broken so the only way we could communicate was through email. Overall, he never showed up, he was unable to communicate with us effectively due to his “broken” phone, the entire experience was bad. We were strung along by this man for 24 hours, every few hours he’d email us to explain he’s going to be late again and again.
