We are courier company specializing in transport of large goods and furniture.
Having done more than 14 000 jobs on Shiply alone,
makes us the busiest and most experienced company around.

Our quote is for economy service: 7- 10 days.
We work weekends as well and we can accommodate any time/ day restrictions you may have,
however any such a requirement may delay your delivery.
We provide 1 man service! This means our driver would require help for big and/ or heavy goods to load/ unload.
We provide insurance on packed goods only! If your item is not packed, you can consider purchasing packing service from us.
We would make arrangements directly with the relative parties and we give 2 days notice of 3 hours time slots.
If not convenient, we will contact again on our next run in the area.
We provide tracking number, as well as automated status notifications and live tracking on the day.

Please take note of the following points before accepting our bid.

1) All contact is via email – please ensure you provide the correct email address to enable us to contact you.
2) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRINT A LABEL FOR SHIPPING TO ATTACH TO THE PACKAGE

4) Collection and delivery Monday - Friday on a date to suit you, collections are any time between 9am - 5:30pm, transit times based on working days
5) Payment is due before collection, payment via paypal, credit/debit card (via paypal) or bacs.
6) Price is based on YOUR declared dimensions / weight and is inclusive of £20 free insurance per package, which can be increased by a maximum of £1000 for parcels, £10,000 for palleted goods. Glass, pieces of electronics, laptops and appliances, car parts are not covered for damage during transport. ANY ITEM EXCEEDING THE DECLARED DIMENSIONS / WEIGHT MAY INCUR A SURCHARGE FROM THE CARRIER - YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY THIS SURCHARGE FOR UNDERDECLARING THE ITEMS DIMENSIONS / WEIGHT, SHIPMENTS MAY BE HELD IN TRANSIT UNTIL SURCHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID.
7) TIME OF TRANSIT CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED DUE THE NATURE OF BUSINESS BUT we have a success rate of 98% for goods to be delivered on time 1-5 days after collection. Collection address can be business or residential, so it can be arranged for your place work if it is more convenient for you. Or if you can not wait for the driver to pick, we can arrange for you to drop goods off at your local store/depot.
8) If the collection / delivery fails Please contact us to reschedule for you.
9) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRINT A LABEL FOR SHIPPING TO ATTACH TO THE PACKAGE – IF YOU CANNOT PRINT A LABEL YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE ACCEPTING THE BID SO WE CAN ADVISE OF ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE
10) All shipments are carried out in accordance to our Terms & Conditions of carriage, should you require a copy we can email this to you.

**** TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT****
*** WE ARE NOT MAN WITH VAN SERVICE***
1- Door to Door service includes standard insurance 50GBP and extra can be purchased with little amount, online tracking.
2- Collection and delivery Monday to Friday anytime between 9am - 5:30pm
3- Parcel must be Bubble wrapped / Boxed OR shrink-wrapped or can be used bubble wrap, protect all four sides with cardboard sheets.
4- All contact will be made via email only and the reply will be given within ½ hrs.
5- All payment must be upfront via PAYPAL we do not accept cash on delivery,
6- Quote is based on listed weight/dimensions only.your stated dimensions and weight and for sending through major
national parcel networks TNT, UPS, DHL, DPD, Parcelforce (Not by Myself)
7- Printer required for Most of the service.
8- If you require lifting up/down the floors/stairs/steps let me know before accept as an extra charge may apply.
9- 24 to 48 working hrs will be required for arranging collection after receiving payment.
10- We are not Man with Van service that's why we deliver within 24 to 48 working hrs after collection.
