Business News & Job ShopSteve Saul8th January & 1st February 2009 On 8th January Shiply was featured on Radio Manchester's business slot in their drive time show with Steve Saul. Along with guest presenters from The Manchester Chamber of Commerce, all things business were discussed and it was made clear that although times are tough, there is room for new businesses. On 1st February, Managing Director Robert Matthams was requested to speak on BBC Radio Manchester's Job Shop. The show discussed the current issues surrounding finding employment and had lots of tips on how to apply successfully. The show also went on to talk about the possibilities for unemployed people to set up their own businesses. The discussion, whilst remaining realistic about the level of work involved with setting up your own business, it's aim was to draw a positive spin in gloomy economic times. |
